Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1 hour during business hours (Mon–Sun, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM).
Nationwide Shipping
Shelf-stable pantry items and K-Beauty products ship anywhere in the U.S. via UPS Ground. Shipping is calculated based on weight:
- 0–1 lb: $9.99
- 1–3 lb: $12.99
- 3–5 lb: $16.99
- 5 lb and up: $21.99
Orders totaling $99 or more may qualify for free shipping at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the time of shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control.
Frozen, Refrigerated & Fresh/Prepared Items
Due to food safety requirements, frozen, refrigerated, and freshly prepared items (kimchi, banchan, hot food, ice cream, made-to-order meals, etc.) are available for local pickup only and cannot be shipped.
P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
